We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the polite and helpful staff, well-maintained rooms with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds, and decent breakfast. The hotel is in a great location close to nature with enough parking space and also has a restaurant serving delicious food.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Spending Christmas here was amazing! The room was cozy and clean, and there was a great selection of delicious food offered throughout our stay. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, especially with the snowy surroundings. Plus, the location was perfect for getting out into nature and exploring the surrounding area.
The soundproofing of the room wasn’t great, so we could hear a bit of noise from the other guests. , the hot water wasn’t always reliable, which made it a bit tricky to take a shower after a day out in the cold.

The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful natural environment with sufficient parking space. the room is kept clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast is decent, and the staff are generally polite and accommodating. there is a kitchen with all the required utensils.
Some of the staff were unprofessional and made guests feel unwelcome at times.
